Technik und Arbeitsgänge / Technics and Operations:

1. Zuerst wird das fertig zugeschnittene Glas mit Transparentharzlack bestrichen. Das antike Aussehen wird durch ein feines Craquele bewirkt.

First the cutted glass is coated with natural transparent resin varnish. The antique appearance comes from the fine craquelé.

2. Auf der Rückseite der Glasplatte wird in den verschiedenen Farben konturiert.

The contours on the back of the glass are made in different colours.

3. Als nächstes werden die einzelnen Flächen bemalt. Erst als letzte Schicht wird der Hintergrund aufgetragen, der die richtige Stimmung vermittelt.

Then the varios areas are painted. Finally the background is coated and this gives the typical mood to the picture.

4. Das fertige Ziffernblatt wird mit dem dazupassenden Rahmen und einem Uhrwerk versehen.

The complete dial is furnished with the matching frame and clockwork.

5. Die fertige Uhr ist auf genaues Funktionieren geprüft und kann verpackt werden.

The ready clock is checked on an exact functioning and can be packed.
